What’s included?

From start to finish, we provide everything you need for a successful event.

  • Large open concept venue space with large windows, freshly painted white walls, extra large bar and a 12ft accordion door opening out to the covered patio
  • Indoor capacity of 120 people or install a large tent in our 5 acre field if you need more space
  • Indoor washrooms with three women stalls, three men stalls and a fully accessible washroom
  • Catering kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, and lots of counter/prep space.
  • 18 wooden cafe tables (each cafe table seats 2-4 people)
  • Eighteen 6ft foldable rectangular tables (each table can seat up to 6 people)
  • 120 brand new wooden chairs
  • 8 bistro height cocktail tables
  • Use of our large bar
  • Newly built covered deck which includes 6 patio dining sets that seat 4 people at each and edison lights hanging above
  • Fully functional fireplace inside our main dining room
  • Exclusive use of our parking lot for approximately 40 cars
  • Large outdoor fire pit with two wooden bench seats and 6 adirondack chairs
  • A large leveled field located behind the cafe is available for use for ceremonies, cocktail hour, or if you wish to install a tent. If a tent is to be installed and will be on site for more than the allocated rental time, there may be additional fees.
  • For weekday events, we include one site visit prior to your event. For weekend events, we include 3 site visits.
  • Floorplan assistance with our event manager
  • If your event includes an on-site coordinator, we will work with you and your vendors 6-8 weeks prior to your event to ensure nothing is missed and will be on-site during your event to keep things running smoothly all day and night!
Have our team provide coffee and tea for your event using our commercial grade espresso machine. Cost is dependent on timing and number of guests.
For our 2023 season we will be offering any of our decor items free of charge if you book our venue for the full weekend (Friday – Sunday). We carry a large collection of candle holders, card boxes, seating charts, table numbers, and more!

…your wedding day at the Boathouse Café

You check in the night before and host a small ceremony rehearsal with your family and friends. The next morning you wake up and get ready onsite in our newly renovated 900 square feet Airbnb unit. Enjoy mimosas with your besties on the balcony or in the courtyard while you’re getting ready. Watch your guests arrive from the window while our team coordinates your wedding downstairs. We are wedding planners by trade, so you can rest assured that we will have it under control! Simply head down the balcony staircase and our coordinator will guide you and your wedding party down the aisle. After your ceremony, enjoy your cocktail hour in a variety of locations including our covered deck with large accordion doors leading into the venue with a large indoor bar or in the field behind the venue. Bring in your caterer so that you can offer a meal of your choice and let us help coordinate with the caterer to ensure everything runs smoothly. After dinner, let the party by the bar spill outside on the covered deck. Bring in your own DJ or band of choice and dance the night away. Sneak outside to our large fire pit if you need to give your feet a rest and make s’mores or just enjoy an evening under the stars. At the end of the night, simply head upstairs to your overnight suite. We can assist with tear down that evening or the next morning and we will offer space to store items if needed.
